Audio del programa "El Último Peldaño" del Viernes 12

Como siempre, lo pasé muy bien en "El Último Peldaño", donde Joaquín Abenza y su equipo me hacen sentir entre amigos. Para los que no pudierais escuchar el programa en directo, ya está disponible en la web de ORM para escucha o descarga, en concreto aquí. Mi intervención empieza en el punto 56:15, más o menos. Hablamos de mi decisión de dejar de publicar álbumes como Jaime Heras, de mi inspiración para componer, y de algunas otras cosas. Luego hablamos largo y tendido de algunos misterios y cospiraciones de la historia del rock, todo ello acompañado por temas de Heaven, Hell y Earth.

Nuevos álbumes en archive.org

Hola,

He subido a la web de Ear Free en  archive.org todos mis álbumes que faltaban. Ahora encontrareis allí los dos álbumes de Factory of Echo, así como "Earth" y "Hell". Quizás os parezca interesante por un par de razones:

• Todos ellos están disponible en descarga gratuita en formato FLAC (Sin pérdida de calidad). 
• "Hell" aparece aquí en dos partes continuas, sin que los temas estén separados en secciones. 

Archive.org ha creado una versión Beta de su interfaz, que en mi opinión es muy superior a la anterior, así que echad un vistazo y disfrutad. Merece la pena. Y si quereis dejar cualquier comentario, sentíos en casa. Todo aquí.

New albums in archive.org

Hello,

I've uploaded all remaining albums to the Ear Free archive.org web page. You will find there now the two factory Of Echo albums, as well as "Earth" and "Hell". You may find this interesting for a couple of reasons: 

• All of them are available in FLAC (Lossless format) for download, for free.
• "Hell" is presented here as two long tracks, instead of splitted in sections.

Archive.org has created a Beta version of a new interface, which is much better in my opinion, so take a look and enjoy. It's well worth it. And if you want to leave any comments, be my guests. Everything, here.

DIARIO DESDE EL INFIERNO 1

Ésta es la primera entrada de una serie para contaros cómo avanza el proceso de creación del nuevo álbum "Hell".

Como sabeis, éste será el segundo de una serie de tres álbumes llamados "Earth", "Hell" y "Heaven". He tardado casi dos años en ponerme en marcha con este segundo volumen, pero como me ocurre siempre tras la larga cuesta arriba la cuesta abajo es pronunciada y rapidísima. En estos momentos el álbum está compuesto casi por completo y ya hay unos 30 minutos grabados en demo (En mi caso las propias demos van evolucionando hasta convertirse en el álbum definitivo), de modo que en unas cuantas semanas espero poder traeros el infierno por fín.

Por cierto, en caso de que no lo hayais visto aún, aquí teneis un fragmento de adelanto del nuevo álbum.

JOURNAL FROM HELL 1

This is the first entry in a series to tell you how the creation process of the new album is evolving.

As you know, this will be the second of a three album series, named "Earth", "Hell" and "Heaven".
It took me almost two years to get me going with this second instalment, but as it always happens to me after the long uphill a steep and really fast downhill comes. Right now the album is almost totally composed
and there are about 30 minutes of music already demoed (In my case demos evolve to become the final album), so hopefully, in a few weeks, I'll be bringing you hell at last.

By the way, in case you missed it, here you have an excerpt from the upcoming album.

 

¡ Disponible "Earth" ! / "Earth" available !!

Finalmente, y aunque parecía que no iba a llegar nunca, "Earth" está disponible ya en jamendo y restorm para que lo esucheis y descargueis, como siempre, de forma libre y gratuita. 

Como ya comenté, se trata del primero de un ciclo de tres discos que cubrirán los conceptos de "Earth", "Hell" y "Heaven" (Tierra, Infierno y Cielo). 

En este caso, para la Tierra, he intentado describir con música el proceso que ha llevado desde el Big Bang a la aparición de la vida en la Tierra y, finalmente, al ser humano. 

He tardado dos años en completarlo, y mi intención era volver con un sonido y un enfoque diferente a lo que había hecho hasta ahora. Me parece que, en parte, lo he logrado.

Espero que lo disfruteis.

As I told you, it's the first of three albums that will cover the topics of "Earth", "Hell" and "Heaven" . 

For this first installment, Earth, I tried to describe with my music the process that took from the Big Bang to the apparition of life on Earth and, finally, the human being.

It took me two years to complete it, and my intention was to come back with a different sound and approach. I think I've made it, in a way.

"Earth": Nuevo álbum en Otoño / "Earth": New album in Autumm

El primero de los dos lanzamientos importantes en que estoy implicado este año está ya en su recta final. Se llama "Earth", y es el primero de un ciclo de tres álbumes que llevarán por título "Earth", "Hell" y "Heaven", cada uno con un estilo totalmente diferente. En el primero de ellos, "Earth", la guitarra eléctrica tiene mucho peso, siendo seguramente el álbum más rock que he hecho hasta la fecha. Tendrá 4 temas, dos de ellos largos, con una primera mitad algo más agresiva y una segunda más calmada.

En estos momentos lo estoy completando y espero que podais escucharlo a principios de Otoño, en una plataforma aún por decidir.

The first of the two important releases I'm part of this year is heading its final stage. It's called "Earth", and it's the first of a three albums cycle which will be called "Earth", "Hel" and "Heaven", each one with totally different style. On this first album, "Earth", electric guitar will be prominent, being the most "rocky" album I've released so far. It will contain four tracks, two of them very long, with a more aggresive first half and a more calm second. You can see the cover up there.

At this moment I'm completing it and I hope you'll be able to listen to it in early autumm, on web still to be decided.
